by American Revival Staff May 11th 2024 We just had Mr Mario Murillo on our show and it was incredible, Robert keeps saying it was the best interview he has ever done! The Spirit of God was there the whole time and Robert could feel God's presence in the room! Mr Murillo and team are coming to Michigan and Wisconsin and just in time for God to save our states! These are two unbelievably important swing states, must wins for the coming election! The timing of these events couldn't be any better! (This is Mr Murillo in Batavia, New York ministering as the Spirit of God saved/healed people!) We must win this nation back politically but that is only a portion of the strategy. The larger and more important piece is winning the spirit and soul of America! There are great divided perhaps like never before. Who is going to bring peace to this contention? Who is going to bring a unity to something so much at war!? Only our God can do it! Mr. Murillo speaks candidly on these subjects and explains, even throughout history, how God hears His people when they cry out to Him, and He responds! But we must obey. We must trust Him, follow Him and obey. We must go along with God's plans and believe upon His word. Our Father and Our Savior will do all the heavy lifting! (Mr Murillo preaching to a packed tent in Phoenix AZ) The scripture says, "There is a way which seems right unto a man but in the end the ways thereof lead to death." We have our way of trying to live and survive and then there is God's way!! Which is all about LIFE and Living it More Abundantly! God has power and salvation and Hope and JOY!! • The Israeli Report (For the Week Ending May 10th)

by David Silver (reporting from Israel) May 10th 2024 Israel at War Day 217 May 10th The War in Gaza: Cease-fire and hostage release talks were suspended by Hamas on Monday afternoon. However a few hours later the political head of Hamas said that they have agreed to a proposal, but it was not the same one that Israel had agreed to. Israel sent the negotiating team back to Cairo on Tuesday to respond to the Hamas offer. Negotiations are set to continue. PM Netanyahu said that Israel was ready for a truce but not to declare the end of the war with Hamas and other terror groups in Gaza. On Monday, Israel began to advise more than 100,000 people in certain areas of Rafah to move to a safe zone in Khan Yunis. About 250,000 have already Rafah left since Israel pulled out of southern Gaza a few weeks ago. A tent city, field hospital and supply depot have been set up on the east of Khan Yunis to provide for the people moving north from Rafah. Since Monday night Israel has been attacking terror targets in eastern Rafah and has taken control of the Gaza side of the Rafah border crossing. 4 soldiers were killed and at least 10 others were injured on Sunday, some seriously, after 14 rockets were fired at the Kerem Shalom border crossing. The rockets were fired from outside of Rafah, and the attack caused the main aid crossing to be closed, preventing aid trucks from entering Gaza. Israel responded with air strikes on the area where the rockets were fried from.- Contrary to the UN finding no evidence linking UNRWA to Hamas, the IDF has found a Hamas command centre inside the UNRWA headquarters in Central Gaza. The Biden administration is threatening to stop military supplies to Israel if the army goes full scale into Rafah. A current shipment is already on hold. Hamas related armed gangs have stolen more than US $70 million from the Bank of Palestine in Gaza. Some of What Hamas is Asking For: I am sure you will agree with me that it would be insanity for Israel to agree to the following unreasonable demands Phase 1 - 42 days - they offer to release 3 hostages on the 3rd day after the agreement is signed, and 3 hostages will be released every week with no choice or guarantee that they will be alive, in exchange for at least 100 terror prisoners of their choosing for every 3 hostages.- Israel is not allowed to do reconnaissance flights over Gaza for 10 hours every day and 12 hours on release days, leaving Israel blind to what Hamas is doing during those hours,- Partial withdrawal of troops and freedom of travel anywhere in Gaza for all Gazans, making it possible for terrorists to also move about freely amongst the civilians.- On the 22nd day Israeli forces will fully withdraw from the center of the strip, to an area near the Israeli border. Phase 2 - Another 42-day period that features an agreement to restore a sustainable calm to Gaza and the complete withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza.- Hamas will continue release the remaining living hostages, including soldiers, in exchange for Israel releasing hundreds more Palestinian security prisoners from jail. Phase 3 - The completion of exchanging bodies and starting the implementation of reconstruction according to the plan overseen by Qatar, Egypt, and the United Nations- PM Netanyahu's office said late Monday that the Hamas offer was far from meeting Israels essential requirements, but that it would continue talks with the US, Egyptian and Qatari mediators. The Northern Border: 2 reserve soldiers, both aged 31, were killed on Sunday morning after a Hezbollah drone made a direct hit in northern Israel. More than 30 rockets were fired at the northern Golan Heights a few hours later on Sunday afternoon. No injuries were reported. There were 100 plus rockets fired and 6 drone attacks on Tuesday, with at least one drone thought to be launched from Iraq. Attacks were heavy again on Wednesday, in both directions. Incoming rocket sirens were heard across the northern Galilee on Thursday afternoon after 4 Hezbollah operatives were killed in an attack on their car in Lebanon. Israel has been retaliating as usual with targeted attacks on the source of the rockets and on multiple terror sites in southern Lebanon. Hezbollah may further escalate their attacks if Israel remains in Rafah, or if the situation in other parts of Gaza escalates again. The air defense system used by Hezbollah over southern Lebanon is now known to be more sophisticated and more effective than Israel previously thought. Judea and Samaria (the West Bank): A Muslim Arab woman was arrested on Sunday morning after resisting security guards at the entrance to the Temple Mount compound. She was found to be carrying a concealed knife.- No other serious incidents to report at this point of time, but soldiers and border police teams continue anti-terror operations where necessary. The Hostages: Negotiators are still trying to come up with a hostage exchange deal that Israel and Hamas can agree on, after Hamas agreed on a fake deal. The number of hostages thought to be in Gaza was reduced to 132, after body parts of a 23 year old male who died on October 7, was found in a grave in Israel and identified by DNA testing. This week a young male was declared dead by Hamas, and another older male hostage is now also confirmed dead, raising the number of dead to at least 39. As the prospects of a hostage release rise and fall, the families and friends grow more frustrated and angry, continuing their demonstrations to demand the release of all those still in Gaza. Other News: Annual Holocaust Memorial Day ceremonies were held in Israel on Sunday evening and during Monday. A two minute siren sounded across the country at 10 am on Monday.- A missile heading towards southern Israel, probably fired from Yemen by the Houhtis was shot down by the air force before it reached Israeli air space. Israel has accused the Al-Jazeera news channel of incitement against Israel in the way it reports the war news, and has closed down their offices and news broadcasts in Israel. As we approach the 76th Israel Independance Day the population is 9,900,000. Just over 2 million or 21% are Israeli Arabs. Please remember that Monday is Fallen Soldiers Memorial Day and Tuesday is Independence Day which will be a public holiday. Prayer Requests: Please pray for Shalom / Peace for both days. Pray for a GOD ordained miracle victory over Hamas, as He did for Israel in the Six Day War of 1967, and in the days of ancient Israel. Pray for wisdom from above for the War Cabinet and military leaders as they plan and direct the war to defeat Hamas, and to somehow bring all of the hostages back home. Pray that PM Netanyahu and the other leaders will not make decisions based on manipulation or threats by international leaders, or pressure from inside Israel. Pray for Divine protection over all of the IDF officers and soldiers inside Gaza, at the northern border and those operating in the West Bank. Also pray protection for the pilots. Pray for miraculous healing for all of the wounded soldiers and that there will be no more accidents or friendly fire incidents or accidental killing of hostages. Pray that all of the top level leaders of Hamas and the other Gaza terror organisations who are still alive, will be captured by Israel very soon. Pray that all of the tunnels and stockpiles of weapons in Gaza, on the northern border and in the West Bank will be exposed and destroyed. Pray for angelic protection over all the borders with Gaza - Lebanon - Syria - the West Bank and Jordan, that every attempt to infiltrate and attack Israelis will be foiled. Pray for the physical and emotional health, and the miraculous release of the hostages who are alive, and supernatural healing for the hostages who have been released. Pray for the Shalom of GOD over all those who have lost loved ones, or whose loved ones are still in Gaza - fate unknown, and for every Israeli who has been affected by this war. Pray for the many Messianic soldiers who are in the army, that they are fully protected and that they would be salt and light to their comrades. Pray for supernatural protection over all Israeli civilians, and the same for the truly innocent people in Gaza, the West Bank towns and villages and in Lebanon and Syria. Pray for a safe, quiet and peaceful weekend for all of Israel over the Sabbath and Passover week.

  • The Israeli Report - (For The Week Ending May 3rd)

(Israel / Lebanon Border - approx May 2nd, 2024) by David Silver (Reporting from Israel) May 4th 2024 The War in Gaza The number of soldiers who have died in Gaza is 263 and the total number of soldiers who have died since October 7 is 608, after the deaths of 2 soldiers in Gaza on Monday. Sadly they were killed by an Israeli tank which fired outside their authorized field of fire and struck the building the soldiers were in. Israeli forces carried out of 60 attacks on terror targets over the week of Passover, resulting in a number of terrorists being eliminated, and others being wounded and arrested. Israeli ground forces and the air force have been attacking specific terror targets in various parts of Gaza over the last 5 days. Israel continues to increase the quantity of fuel, food, water and other supplies being brought in by trucks through the various border crossings. The floating pier built by the Americans off the Gaza coast, at a cost of $320 million, is ready for use and the first ship is due to unload over the weekend. The Northern Border Hezbollah continues to fire large number of rockets at northern Israel, often more than 30 at one time, and Israel is retaliating with increasing force. Hamas in Lebanon claimed responsibility for about 30 rockets that were fired at Israel early Monday morning. No injuries or serious damage was reported. The cross border clashes continued throughout the week, more rockets fire at Israel and a lot of damage being done to terror targets in Lebanon. If a cease-fire is confirmed in Gaza, Israel will reposition most of the available army units to the north in preparation for an escalation with Hezbollah. Hezbollah has reportedly moved the families of its top leaders from Lebanon to Syria, Judea and Samaria (the West Bank). Israeli army and security units continue to operate in numerous locations looking for and arresting terror suspects. An Israeli police officer was moderately wounded in a stabbing attack in the Old City section of Jerusalem late Tuesday morning. The deceased attacker was a Turkish tourist. The security service has arrested 3 members of a terror cell planning a number of potentially serious terror attacks. The Hostages Negotiation talks moved to Israel last Friday with the arrival of the Egyptian delegation and a new proposal for the release of 20 - 33 hostages over several weeks, in exchange for a 40 day cease-fire, hundreds of terrorist prisoners to be released, a full return to northern Gaza and other conditions. The Hamas response at the time of writing this report, has not yet been announced, even though the Americans, Egypt, Qatar and others are pressing the terror organization to accept the latest Israeli proposal. Either way will not be good for Israel. Hamas published another video of 2 male hostages, in another attempt to influence the negotiations to their advantage. The 2 men appeared to be in reasonable health.Other News It is being reported that there is still a possibility of Saudi Arabia opening diplomatic relations with Israel, even without a cease-fire. However this may be another American ploy to manipulate Israel to give in to all Hamas demands. The International Criminal Court in The Hague is preparing to issue warrants for the arrest of PM Netanyahu, the Israel Defense Minister Gallant, the IDF Chief of Staff and others they say are guilty of war crimes. American, British and French navy ships and fighter jets continue to intercept Houthi missiles and drones being fired towards Israel and ships in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. Prayer Requests Pray for a GOD ordained miracle victory over Hamas, as He did for Israel in the Six Day War of 1967, and in the days of ancient Israel.

The attacks, carried out by drones operated by the SBU security service, led to fires and forced the Slavyansk refinery to halt some operations, as confirmed by an executive of the plant and reported by Russian state news agency Tass. Military Movements in Eastern Ukraine: Russia has increased its troop presence in Ocheretyne, Eastern Ukraine, to bolster its offensive. Despite this, Ukrainian forces maintain control of the majority of the village and are optimistic that upcoming U.S. arms deliveries will further strengthen their position. Intense combat was reported in Ocheretyne, but Ukrainian spokesperson Nazar Voloshyn stated that the situation is largely under control, with Ukrainian forces controlling two-thirds of the village. April 29, 2024 Another missile strike in Odesa: An attack on Odesa resulted in 4 deaths and 29 injuries. Russian Troop Desertions: Military intelligence reports that over 18,000 troops from the Russian Southern Military District have deserted. April 30, 2024 German Military Support to Ukraine: Germany has supplied Ukraine with Skynex air defense systems, Marder vehicles, and additional ammunition. Concerns Over NATO Support: Stoltenberg has acknowledged that Ukraine's trust in NATO has been 'dented' due to delays in aid. Ukraine's Drone Initiative: Ukraine has allocated funds to acquire 300,000 drones. Accusations Against Russia: The Prosecutor General has accused Russia of using cluster munitions against Odesa, suggesting a deliberate targeting of civilians. Lithuania's Leadership Supports Ukraine: Both Lithuania's Prime Minister and President support initiatives to help Ukraine repatriate military-aged men. Prayer Request: Please, pray for Ukraine and this awful war to stop.

  • The Return of the Brotherhood II (Part Three of the Series)

by Robert Anthony April 30th 2024 The Fundamentals for Revival Series Part Three “The Return of the Brotherhood II” I was thinking this morning about all the brothers that have come in and out of my life (and I have had some really awesome brothers!).  Considering I have preached in some 40 US States and 15+ nations, considering how many ministries, nonprofits and churches I have been a part of, the fact that I traveled almost full time for 8+ years… I met a lot of (Christian) brothers. I want to testify that I have seen the position(s) get in the way over and over - well, money and position, I should say. We tend to look at the world and blame, everyone.  We blame the politicians, we blame the rich, we blame the atheists, the nonbelievers, the satanists, the pagans, the muslim’s, the jews, etc..  I remember when Obama was President and the body of Christ was so upset!  So many were preaching he would be the antichrist.  But we have the power, brothers.  WE have the power. You see, the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in us!  I don’t know that that same Spirit lived in Obama.  Judging by his actions, its hard to believe he was being ruled by the Spirit of God while destroying so many of the foundations of God.  But he never had the power.  Never.  But we have the power. We blame people who are powerless to change anything (for the good)?  What kind of sense does that make.  We look at the most worldly, fleshly and rejected by God and waste our time and energy judging them!?  If the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us, then we have the power to make changes – and therefore the fault lies almost squarely on us.  Sorry if that seems harsh, but we are in fact the Living Breathing, Body of Christ left on the earth. Now, I don’t want any of you to feel judged or condemned.  I’m merely reminding us all, all my brothers, of the actual power we have.  But the devil is a chief strategist.  He really is.  He gets us all fighting among ourselves, competing, envying one another (like Cain envied Abel, until finally he put righteous Abel to death), and worse.  His strategy has been rather simple since the beginning – get the armies of God on the earth in confusion, full of offense, separated one from the another and they will be powerless.  And it has been working.  It has often worked since the very beginning. The fact is, we never had a chance against him, not without the presence of God ruling in our lives.  We have always needed these fruits of God reigning in us, in our Churches, in our families: love, and joy, and peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness and self-control.  But we, like sheep, all go astray.  All of us: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers, bishops, elders and deacons… All of us, like sheep, go astray. How are you, men, going to go to war without a band of brothers?  How are you going to stand against this evil, which has veiled the masses, even large numbers among our fellow saints, which has penetrated nearly every power-center of our world today, and fight alone? But if we would all go to war?  Everything would change. Something quite dramatic changes in men when they are at war.  We don’t have time for petty differences, we don’t have time to argue endless debates and waste time in meaningless squabble.  Go To War!  Suddenly when our lives are on the line, we will quickly figure out how to get along, how be brothers.  Ever hear, “There are no atheists in a foxhole”? It was a surprising bonus, how much easier i found it to remain in the presence of God as a missionary.  I didn't expect this as another reward of serving Him.  Sleeping in the mid-huts in Africa, on endless flights over never-ending oceans filled with turbulence, bad weather and rough landings, stuck on trains with my pregnant wife in the middle of ex-Soviet Russia while she’s having terrible morning sickness, rarely having much more than enough money for the day in my pocket, in the midst of the battle it was much easier to remain in His presence. But it’s unbelievably hard to do it alone.  When I left the country I practically begged three of my closest brothers: “Come with me!”  The first said, “I have debts to pay off,” the second said, “I just started a business and I need to attend to it,” and third said, “I just got engaged and need to start a family…”. I’m pretty sure there is a parable somewhere in the scripture that sounds this way… Hahaha.  But I praise God, I was never too much alone, I had true brothers everywhere I went. In America we are in the belly of the beast.  In as much as Rome was very much the beasts headquarters, we have a unique position to be able to hold back the darkness from spreading the world (and overtaking it) from within the USA.  But it will take an army.  The days of celebrity-superstar, lone-preacher are over.  That’s old-fashioned now.  Anyone interested in what God is doing upon the earth now will come to the conclusion, Our Father is restoring the brotherhood. “One will put a thousand to flight but TWO will send the legions fleeing”!  Here’s another one, “And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”  Jesus said, “Two or more of you gathered together…” and I will be in Your midst.  He said, “Two or three of you agree on anything in my name, and it shall be done for you.”  John 17 He prayed, That we would be One and Agree. We can not live the reality of this Christian life having another man to rule over us.  It’s simply not possible.  We can not be ruled and free at the same time.  We can not rule them and free them together at the same time.  We must choose, brothers, do we want to rule them or to set them free?  Jesus set them free.  Who are we to subjugate them to ourselves? There exists a place for (servant) authority in this brotherhood.  It’s not complicated or challenging.  Both things function together, in the kingdom of God – and God remains The Lord, The Shepherd, The King over all.  How did we miss this?  “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” And then we try to exalt men and put them over other men?  Brothers, it should not be so.  Let the Spirit have rule over them – we should serve them and love them… Jesus is returning for the body but He is returning also for a brotherhood.  I can preach on this for hours because it’s everywhere throughout the scriptures.  In Revelation, 5 churches get rebuked, 2 churches do not.  Of the two churches who do not get a rebuke, one of them is more or less neutral, not incredibly edified but not rebuked either - but one church clearly stands out among the rest: The Church of Philadelphia.  “Philo” translated means, “Brotherly Love”. As they say, THAT WILL PREACH! Jesus is returning for the Church of Brotherly Love. I hope this truth changes us all. I hope it penetrates our hearts. The world is lost, dying, alone and afraid They need to see the Light of Christ shining thru us And “They will all know we are Messiah’s, by our love, One for another…” Amen.

  • The Return of the Brotherhood... (Part Two of New Series on Revival)

by Robert Anthony April 26th 2024 The Fundamentals for Revival Series Part Two: The Return of the Brotherhood I I grew up in Church.  I have heard hundreds if not thousands of sermons.  I think something happened to us, as Christians.  I think Christianity was hijacked a long long time ago.  If we, as Christians, were to forget everything we have been taught (and mostly we have been taught thru religion), reread the New Testament and then obey it – our Christianity would look unbelievable different! I realize I sound so radical writing these things.  I don’t mean to be so radical but if the Christianity around us is content to worship God however they see fit but without concern for how God actually wants to be worshiped; and if I am one of the few who are actually interested in what God says, wanting to adhere to His Word – then yes, I would seem quite radical to many. I might write about it later?  I don’t know if it will help us to try and figure this out but somewhere along the way, we got off track and built this religion.  I would have to define religion as “Man’s way of approaching God, as opposed to how we actually enter into relationship with Him.”  Simply put, religion is man-made.  I have so much to say on the subject actually and maybe I will in the next articles...  This could easily be a book I write. So, forgetting for a moment all the religious tradition and dogma that permeates our understanding of the things of God – let’s return to the Bible, anew. Losing our religion, and returning to the story of God, who sent His Son to us, Jesus Christ, our Messiah, what do we actually see?  Jesus came to us humbly, without pomp and circumstance, without the nations bowing down before Him, without armies surrounding and protecting the coming of the Son of God… Jesus came, born in what we would call a barn. The Son of God remained rather modest and discreet among us.  Even though He would perform miracles, miracles that have never been recorded in the whole of human history, the Son of God remained rather contrite and understated.  He was entirely meek all throughout His ministry and life, having absolute power from God and yet choosing to remain somewhat obscure, withdrawn and one might even say, in hiding… Look at what His brothers and sisters said to Him on occasion, “Depart [from here], and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest. For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If [you can] do these things, shew thyself to the world.” (John 7:3-5) And then the scripture records, “For neither did his [family] believe in him.” The Son of God chose all throughout His life and ministry to remain as if hidden, withholding of Himself but revealing Himself to whomever He chose. This is a very important point to consider: God’s own Son was extremely purposeful, choosing who to hide Himself from and who to reveal Himself to.  Here is another story I enjoy: Jesus had just finished rebuking the religious leaders and they were so angry with Him, as they often would be, they “rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.” (Luke 4:29) The religious leaders and religious zealots were out of their minds angry, ready to throw the Son of God off a cliff and murder Him!  But Jesus, “passing through the midst of them went his way…” What did He do?  Or how?  How did He do that!?  How do you simply “pass throughout” “the midst” of an angry crowd ready to murder you and leave!?  Did He make Himself disappear?  What on earth did He do to peacefully leave them!!?  It’s a truly remarkable story. But even moreso remarkable, to me, is the way Jesus chose to deal with that crowd.  If I was God’s Own Son, imputed with the powers of creation, having absolute authority over it, even able to bend and break it’s natural laws, like walking on water or calming a storm with my words, I might choose another way of dealing with evil and wicked, religious zealots.  In another story, another one of my favorites, John 18, Jesus sends the band of soldiers coming to arrest Him, probably around 600 strong, tall men, to the ground! At His word!  They asked, “Where is Jesus of Nazareth” and Jesus responded, “I am He”.  And “as soon then as He had said unto them, I am He, they went backward, and fell to the ground.” So in one occasion Jesus shows us He is more than able to destroy, even at merely His word but in another occasion we see Him being ever so merciful and patient with the people, instead of destroying them, simply “passing thru the midst”.  The Son of God had all power and authority throughout His days on the earth and yet He chose over and again to love us, to extend mercy and compassion, even towards His enemies! So what was the Son of God’s purpose on the earth?  He clearly wasn’t showing off.  He was very purposeful in everything He did.  I think this is one of the keys to unlock the whole story and not just Jesus’ story but to unlock the whole story of God!  The Son of God came to save us, without a doubt and He chose to do so by pouring Himself into twelve men, twelve men who became His best friends. I think we miss this because of our form of religion.  I think our religion obfuscates and veils actually who God is.  I think looking thru the lens of religion we see a very different version of Jesus and His kingdom.  I believe once we remove these dirty and curved glasses, we will be able to see Him as He truly as, even as if for the first time ever! Jesus ministered to the masses but only at times.  The way I see the story, and I think this is Biblical, the Son of God chose for Himself twelve friends, twelve friends who also chose to befriend the Son of God, leaving all that they knew for Him, and they, together, grew in closeness, intimacy and friendship.  In the same way we will share everything with our best friends, Jesus withheld nothing from those twelve friends of His. Reread the New Testament, I believe this is the truth of the story and purpose of God’s Son and His time with us.  He would minister to many people all throughout scripture but then He would always retreat and find time to be alone with His buddies, His bro’s. He had three closest friends out of the group, I love the story wherein He took them atop a mountain and the Bible describes, He transfigured in front of them, shining like the sun and becoming something altogether different than a man.  The Son of God literally revealed everything of Himself to His best friends. He wasn’t interested in fame, actually.  He wasn’t interested in being known.  He was actually entirely content to hide Himself and often.  This is a truth all throughout scripture.  How many times did He heal someone and say, “Tell no one.”  His mother wanted Him to help out at the wedding (when they ran out of wine) and He rebuked her, telling her, “Woman, my time has not yet come.”  (But Mary assured the attendants at the wedding that Jesus would listen to his Mom and do her this small favor for her friends.) How much of the power of God in Jesus’ life wasn’t even recorded!?  John ends his gospel in such a way, “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.”  What we do know, and clearly, is that Jesus had absolute authority over His creation (which He made) and yet constantly withheld of His power, even unto death!  What an amazing and beautiful story is the true story of God! Then, even at the end, He didn’t even pray for the world, He wasn’t focused or concerned about the masses but He went into the garden and wept, praying for His very best friends. John 17, “I pray for [my best friends]: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are yours.”  Such a wonderful and beautiful and intimate and amazing story of God!  He is so much better than we are, so much more loving and genuine and caring and intimate and perfect – and we are all so messed up.  But it’s Ok.  He knows. I love the story of God.  I love talking about it, writing about it, singing about it, etc. – I love everything about God and His Son, Jesus. I hope this has blessed you all... God chose to treat us like friends, like His own family, like brothers – and yet we are ruled by men and rule over men? Even in His name…?  Jesus was abundantly clear on this point, “Be Brothers and Friends” – listen to what He commanded them – “But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.” (Matthew 20:25-28) I would paraphrase this scripture like so, “The world and the powers of the world function thru dominance and hierarchy but with you, who are my Apostles and Disciples, let it not be so.  If you want to be great in my kingdom, become the true servant of men.  Whosoever would be the greatest among you, would be the best minister, the one to serve them the best!  Even as I came to you humbly, broken, contrite and meek, often withholding myself and my power, so you give your lives for them, even as I have.”  I think that’s a pretty good paraphrase. We were never supposed to dominate or crush the world into submission, but to love them.  We weren’t supposed to create this religion but to become very close friends, the family of God on the earth.  But somehow, we become this religious version of Christianity.  We should repent, change our ways, learn to be brothers and sisters, and become again the family of God.  I have so much to say on the subject. He sent them out by twos!  Reread the scriptures.  There wasn’t a man ruling them all.  There was something like a body or family of believers.  Throughout the scriptures we are taught that there are all kinds of parts of the body, many different roles and participants and gifts in the family: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers; other gifts like, tongues, miracles, healing, faith, prophecy, governments, etc.  There were bishops, deacons and elders appointed among them.  Christianity, what was given to us originally, is a teamsport. In many ways we really need to scrap everything we are doing and start all over again, like hitting the reset button on a computer. We need to start a fresh, asking God, “How do we live as your children on the earth?  We really don’t know how to do it…”.   And in doing this, a countless many leaders and elders and rulers and old men and women will oppose us.  Jesus said, “Drink New Wine!”  But answered Him, “The old is better.” There is something broken about us that doesn’t like to change, we are often rebellious and want to do things our own way.  We like to stick to what we know often because we are afraid, afraid of the unknown.  But this is not what it is to be children of the Living God.  I have so much more to say about this.  I pray that many hear me.  If we return to Him and chose to live out our days walking with Him, loving who He loves, being the family of God…. We will see the victory!  Even with our own eyes! More to come. (Great song - on Topic)

  • The Israeli Report - for the week ending April 26th

by David Silver April 26th 2024 Iran Following the Israeli reprisal attack near the Natanz nuclear facility in Isfahan last week, there has been no further interaction between Israel and Iran. It was confirmed by Israel that at least one advanced stealth missile, undetectable by radar, was used to destroy the Russian made S300 anti missile defense system protecting the nuclear plant. Seems that the Israeli War Cabinet and the air force were sending a message to the Iranian regime that they could have attacked the nuclear facility if they had wanted to. Iran has said that they will not retaliate for the Israeli attack, but that may just be an attempt to cause Israel to lower its defenses, and to carry out a surprise attack at a later time. The War in Gaza The number of soldiers who have died in Gaza is 261 and the total number of soldiers who have died since October 7 is 606, after an Israeli Bedouin soldier was killed in Gaza this week, and the death of a soldier who was seriously wounded in a Hezbollah attack last week. The Gaza Health Ministry is claiming that more than 34,500 Gazans have been killed since October 7, however another source estimates the number to be about 20,000, with terrorists making up more than 12,000 of that total. Even Hamas has admitted that the Health Ministry numbers are incorrect, but most of the world chooses to believe the higher numbers. There were several rockets fired from Gaza this week, and Israeli forces have been operating in many areas of central and northern Gaza, as well as specific air attacks on Rafah.- The army claims to have destroyed 20 kms or 12 miles of tunnels under central Gaza over the last few days. Since Israel pulled out of southern Gaza 3 weeks ago, more than 250,000 Gazans have left Rafah and moved back to their home towns in the south and center. In preparation for the planned operation in Rafah, Israel is erecting a large tent city near Khan Yunis to house tens of thousands of Gazans moving back from Rafah.- Also the two reserve brigades being prepared for the Rafah operation, have now been deployed inside Gaza, north of Rafah for the time being. Other reservists are being called up also. The Northern Border There has been an escalation in the north since the beginning of Passover week as Hezbollah and other terror groups in southern Lebanon have increased attacks on northern Israel with rockets, mortars, anti-tank missiles and drones. The quiet of the first day of Passover on Tuesday was interrupted by at least 4 explosions and the roar of air force jets, as they intercepted Hezbollah drones over Haifa Bay. Alert sirens were heard in the north throughout the day. Two homes were damaged and a bush fire ignited by Hezbollah missiles on Wednesday morning. More than 40 various types of missiles were fired at Israel throughout the day. Israel responded with a very heavy attack on about 40 Hezbollah targets and tunnels in south Lebanon. On Thursday there was very little activity in the north. Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) The number of terrorists killed since October 7th is over 460, 3600 arrested, and more that 1600 of them are affiliated with Hamas. At least 10 terrorists were killed, and 8 arrested in a 40 hour plus shoot-out with Israeli soldiers near Tulkarm last weekend, 4 soldiers were injured. - In another operation, 18 terrorists were arrested and 2 others were killed as they clashed with the soldiers in their village. There has been a marked increase in terror activity this week beginning with 6 attempted terror attacks just on Sunday morning, and 3 people were injured in two car ramming attacks by the same driver on Monday, just hours before Passover began. A female terrorist was shot after she attempted a knife attack on Wednesday. An Israeli man was injured when he tried to remove a Palestine flag that had been placed on a pole in a field beside the road. The flagpole was connected to an explosive device. We are being warned that these flagpole bombs are likely to be placed in many more locations to kill or cause harm to Israeli Jews. The Hostages Negotiation talks seem to be paused as there have been no reports of meetings since early last week. A Passover miracle rescue or release is urgently needed. Hamas has released another propaganda video showing 23 year old hostage, American-Israeli Hersch Goldberg-Polin, alive and relatively healthy, but with his left arm amputated just below the elbow. He was captured at the Nova festival on October 7th. The video has inspired fresh calls for a cease-fire and hostage deal. Egypt has offered to restart the negotiations if Israel freezes the Rafah operation. The leaders of 18 nations have signed a demand for the immediate release of all the hostages.- There are numerous and conflicting reports on the number of hostages who are still alive after 203 days in Hamas captivity. The number ranges from about 40 to 100, and their condition of health is not known. There were more than 50 protest demonstrations across the country last Saturday night. Protesters were calling for the hostages to be released before Passover, and for early elections. Many of the hostage families took part in a communal Passover seders on Monday evening, with added prayers for their loved ones still in Gaza. One of the seders was held very close to the home of PM Netanyahu in Caesaria, where he was celebrating Passover with his family. Other News Massive amounts of food, water, medicine and other aid that is being allowed into Gaza, is still sitting in storage areas, because of the lack of volunteers to distribute it. 3 ships carrying aid to Gaza are sailing from Turkey. There are 1200 people from several countries, including political leaders, on board the ships, and hopefully no weapons. President Biden has signed an order to supply Israel with another US $17 billion worth of military aid. This is likely to incite more anti Israel demonstrations in the United States. Gaza terrorists have fired mortars at the floating pier that the United States Navy is building off the Gaza shore. The purpose of the pier is to unload ships carrying aid for Gazans. Prayer Requests Pray for a GOD ordained miracle victory over Hamas, as He did for Israel in the Six Day War of 1967, and in the days of ancient Israel. Pray that all of the top level leaders of Hamas and the other Gaza terror organizations who are still alive, will be captured by Israel very soon.

  • The Israeli Report - for the Week of April 22nd

by David Silver (reporting from Mount Carmel, Israel) April 22nd 2024 Iran - The expected first ever direct Iranian attack on Israel began late Saturday evening and lasted for 5 hours, with more than 300 missiles and drones launched at southern and northern Israel. International leaders are now urging Israel not to retaliate. After 2 meetings of the Israeli War Cabinet on Sunday and Monday, a decision was made that Israel would respond in some way to the attack by Iran. However, it will likely be very limited, so as not to escalate the tension between Israel and Iran and its proxies. The War Cabinet continues to meet to decide when and how the response will be carried out. Iran has warned Israel that the smallest action against their interests will be met with a severe, extensive and painful response. Several usually credible sources are saying that the reason Iranian General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, was assassinated with 6 others in Damascus (by Israel) on April 1st, was that he was the mastermind of the October 7 massacre, and that the Iranian reprisal attack on Israel was orchestrated by the United States and Iran. Saudi Arabia and Jordan assisted in defending Israel by shooting the Iranian missiles and drones that flew through their air space. The day before the attack began, Iranian commandos captured a container ship owned by an Israeli businessman, as it was sailing through the Gulf of Hermuz. Iranians have been voicing support for Israel on social media platforms, risking arrest, possible torture and prison. The War in Gaza - Is not really a war at present, rather a combination of ground and air missions, both defensive and offensive, as information on the enemy is received and acted upon. More than 100 terror sites were attacked and 40 terrorists killed in targeted air strikes and specific ground operations continue in central and northern Gaza. A targeted air strike on a location in  Rafah was reported on Monday. There were no rockets fired into Israel from Gaza for about a week, but that ended with several being fired on Tuesday afternoon. Thousands of Gazans are leaving Rafah and trying to get back to their home towns in the center and the north, most likely terrorists hiding amongst them. It is being reported that the United States will back a large scale Israeli operation in Rafah if Israel cancels the plan to retaliate against Iran for the missile attack last weekend. 2 brigades of reserve soldiers have been called up in preparation for duty in Gaza - further details have not been disclosed at this time. The Northern Border - As Iranian missiles and drone were flying towards Israel in the early hours of Sunday morning, Hezbollah fired more that 50 rockets at northern Israel. 4 soldiers were wounded, 1 seriously, when an explosive device ignited close to them. This happened just inside the Lebanon side of the border and Hezbollah has claimed responsibility. Sporadic rocket fire and attempted drone infiltration's have been taking place throughout the week. Israel has been striking terror targets and Hezbollah infrastructure in response. A  Hezbollah field commander was eliminated in a targeted attack on a vehicle in southern Lebanon on Tuesday. Another Hezbollah leader, who was the head of the western sector rocket firing force, was targeted and killer later in the day. 14 soldiers and 4 civilians were injured when a Hezbollah drone struck a community center in an Israeli Arab village near the border on Wednesday morning. One of the soldiers is in critical condition and 4 others are listed as seriously injured. Reports that Iran and Hezbollah are reducing the number of their high level officers in Syria, and that the United Nations force in Lebanon are staying in secure shelters. Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) - A 14 year old Israeli boy tending to the family cattle was killed in a terror attack late last week. In response, local Jews went on a rampage in a nearby Arab village, setting cars and some homes on fire. As Passover approaches this coming Monday evening, security remains at high level in and around Jerusalem until it ends on April 29th. A terror attack was averted on Tuesday. Anti terror operations this week have resulted in the arrest of more than 15 suspects involved in terror attacks, as well as explosives and weapons being confiscated. The Hostages - Hamas has once again rejected the latest proposal from Israel and is demanding a full and permanent cease-fire, all Gazans to be able to return to their home towns and a at least 30 terror prisoners released for each hostage. They added that no hostages will be released for 6 weeks after the cease-fire begins. Without a miracle, there is no prospect of any more hostages coming home any time soon. Hamas have also said that they only have about 20 living hostages to release. They added that the others are either not in their custody or have died. More people are saying that it is very likely that less than half of the hostages are still alive and that number may be decreasing every week. Protesting family members and friends are still demanding the return of all the hostages at any cost, which is not realistic considering the current terms being set by Hamas. Other Israel News - An Iron Dome anti missile unit mounted on an Israeli navy ship intercepted a hostile drone near the city of Eilat on Sunday. This was the second such interception in recent days. The British and German foreign ministers were in Israel on Wednesday to discuss how Israel will respond to the Iranian attack, and to prevent the situation from escalating. Anti PM Netanyahu protesters continue to violently protest and demand his immediate resignation. He insists that this is not the time to hold an election. The United Nations Security Council is set to vote on the Palestinian Authority request to recognize and admit the State of Palestinian as a full member on Friday afternoon. The United States has the power to veto the vote. PRAYER REQUESTS: Pray for a GOD ordained miracle victory over Hamas, as He did for Israel in the Six Day War of 1967, and in the days of ancient Israel. Pray for a safe and peaceful weekend for all of Israel over the Sabbath and Passover week.
