  • US Aid and Ukrainian Strategy: The Financial Times reports that according to Sullivan, U.S. aid to Ukraine is aimed at supporting a Ukrainian counteroffensive planned for 2025.

  • Attack in Kharkiv: A Russian glide bomb attack has injured 15 people in downtown Kharkiv.

  • Russia's Recruitment Strategy in Cuba: Russia is reportedly attracting Cubans to join its army by offering high salaries and Russian citizenship.
