He has lived in Wisconsin for the whole of this time doing everything in his power to save these precious children, children who would have grown up to become our fellow Americans. A little back story to understand a bit more of his plight and article.) In January of this year, Robin Vos, Republican Speaker of the Assembly – along with 39 Republican legislators introduced AB975 which declared you can murder the preborn in Wisconsin up to 14 weeks. Understand -  nearly 95% of all abortions committed in Wisconsin are done by 14 weeks. The bill was introduced on January 19th - and the public hearing was held three days later on January 22nd. Vos and the others in cahoots with him clearly did not want there to be time for anyone to organize and bring opposition to the bill. They had a full a vote by the legislature on January 25th passing the measure. A total of 53 Republicans – led by Robin Vos - voted to murder 95% of the preborn. What irony that the Republicans - who told us they couldn't defend the preborn for nearly 50 years because of Roe v. Wade held their hearing on their bill to murder the preborn on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade - January 22nd. AB975 is meant to create a referendum so people can vote whether to murder the preborn or not. The Republicans hid behind the Supreme Court for nearly 50 years while they allowed the slaughter of the preborn to continue. Now they want to hide behind the mob and have the people vote. Understand – a majority of people should never be allowed to vote to murder another group of people (I made a reference of this before the Legislature).  About 40 of us who oppose the murder of the preborn gathered at Room 417N in Wisconsin's capitol building to speak against the AB975.  We were given 3 minutes each. The pro-life legislators said awful things. They all falsely stated that Wisconsin’s anti-abortion statute 940.04 was no longer in force. An absolute lie. It is still in force to this very day.   When I testified against the murder, I was interrupted by a loud, irreverent pro-abort legislator who could no longer sit there respectfully and listen as I kept referring to the killing of the preborn as “murder.” This is what happened during my 5 minute testimony, before the committee:   Two Republican assemblymen - Chuck Wichgers and Janel Brandtjen - actually took time to come to the hearing to address their fellow Republicans and publicly oppose the bill. We give thanks to God for them.   After the committee hearing on AB975, we talked with some of the Republican legislators. Two of them invoked their Christianity as a reason for supporting the bill to murder the preborn. One said he even sought the counsel of his pastor (he believes he is attending a bible-believing church) – and said to his surprise that his pastor counseled him to vote for  the AB975. Utter evil.   Because of the weakness displayed by the Republicans and knowing the government officials were not going to uphold our state anti-abortion law 940.04 – the Affiliated deathcamp reopened on Tuesday, March 5th. We were there to speak up for the little ones. All of the deathcamps in Wisconsin have now reopened and are back to murdering the preborn.   Innocent blood is a terrible thing for which the Scriptures are repeatedly clear – God judges nations. America is awash in innocent blood. When it comes to abortion we are talking about innocent blood being shed. We’re talking about bloodguilt. Innocent blood beckons the just judgment of God upon nations. God will bring His judgment for all this shedding of innocent blood in America – and here in Wisconsin. It may not come on Friday, but it will come. Even Thomas Jefferson had to utter this fact when he said “ I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever."   Here is a sermon I preached in January entitled: Blood in Wisconsin – 2024 . Pick an issue: Israel, Ukraine, the border, the 2nd Amendment, ABORTION/PROLIFE, vaccines, the economy, etc. I am almost 50, in all my years I have never heard people shouting "Conspiracy!" like our nation shouts it right now. The divisions are palpable. What about the good 'ole expression "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all..." Sometimes I do wonder if there is an enemy stoking all this fire? Is there someone behind all this, throwing gasoline on an already burning fire!? America certainly has enemies. Spend some time with people in this movement and they will tell you that what is going on is right out of Communist and Chinese manifesto, written even decades ago about taking down this nation (from within). But we have so many enemies, it's hard to know what we are actually up against. In my opinion there has never been a time in the history of the nation that can compare with what we are living thru right now, and mostly because of technology and social media. With the advent of social media we lost this essential commodity called, accountability . Anyone can say just about anything their heart desires, spreading such darkness, hatred, disgust, etc. and without any sort of accountability whatsoever. And the powers that be are responding to this? (that's a question and a statement.) But what does it benefit anyone to hate, even the "other" side? Since when does spreading gossip and throwing trash publicly on a ruling figure ever help anything? I mean just logically. The social media warriors trying to burn down the other side, whichever side that is, what are they actually accomplishing? In one word? DESTRUCTION. They are accomplishing spreading darkness, they are harming their own soul, they are heaping trash upon the world and injuring their own selves. Consider brothers and sisters what you are doing to your own selves as you spew out such horrors and fear. (And yes, much of this is rooted in fear.) You guys, I am upset too. I am raising 5 children in this world. I get afraid. I have a vision for America that is not seeming to manifest en masse, it wears on me some days. I wonder if we will ever rebound from Covid? I wonder if the whole world lost it's mind during those inhumane and unjustified lock-downs and I wonder if we will ever rebound? I get afraid too. I have almost too much knowledge about the World Economic Forum setting up a headquarters in Michigan, China infiltrating our Wall Street, Big Business, our farmland, etc. I worry about Bill Gates, Bezos, Zuckerberg and the vision they have for this nation and the world, that I simply do not agree with. Russia, Iran, N Korea, etc. all worry me at times. I have friends in S Korea, Israel, Ukraine, Russia! I worry about WW3. But with all this worrying has my heart started to hate Iranians, Russians, Chinese, etc.? With all this fear have I grown calloused and spiteful towards the other side of the political spectrum? God forbid. "Guard your heart" the scripture tells us, "For it is the wellspring of Life !" Shoving fear, doubt, scorn, unbelief, hatred, etc. into our hearts and souls - what is to become of us!? But we are being taught to "Fight". We are being almost mentored to hate and fear our "opponent" who is actually our fellow American and our neighbor. I was never afraid of people, not my whole life.... until now. (And I am repenting before you all as I write about it.) Truthfully, I want to love the Chinese. I want to love the Russians, the N Koreans, the Israeli's, the Ukrainians, etc. I fear we are no longer being mentored to be Christians. I fear we are being mislead. And as they stoke our fears, we are losing our heads and going right along with the prevailing winds... There is something about fear that shuts off our ability to reason and puts us our of a sound mind. II Timothy 1:7 "For I have not been given the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind ." Will any of this ever be beautiful again? As I talk with way, I can already hear what the (angry and frustrated) Christians will say, "But Jesus threw over the tables and beat them with chord!?" They will quote the one or two times Jesus seemed to get upset and display what could have been rage.... But rationally, we have two maybe three times Jesus seemed to get angry and hundreds of times that He simply loved them, that He responded to wrath with peace, dozens of times He peacefully dismantled a heated situation with an almost miraculous poise and tactfulness. But angry people usually aren't interested in logic or reasoning. I think anger and rage because like a drug. I'll bet if we really studied what it does to the chemicals in the body we would find out rage, hatred and anger actually release something in the body like a drug - and people get addicted to it. I am certain people are getting addicted to that feeling of false power that follows becoming enraged and what many a Christian refer to as "Righteous Indignation". All the while Jesus tells us, "Love your enemies". If the prerequisite for loving someone is agreeing with them, we are in a lot of trouble! I want to see America saved! Both spiritually and politically, I want to see America saved. I have deep rooted convictions that I want to fight for upon the earth. But then the question that remains is "How"? "How, Robert, how will you strive to see the change you want in the world come to pass? What is the best way to go about this?" I still ask myself this question, lately, daily. I hope I am encouraging my brothers and sisters. I truly believe the path to winning back America is best summarized with the greatest commandment, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and you shall love your enemy as yourself." And then Jesus says this profound statement, "Against such there is no law"!!! Wow! Mind-blown. How will we save America while breaking the foundations? Faith. Hope. Love. These three abide. How will we ever save this precious thing God has given us while at war with the essentials and fundamentals of Life !? Some might say, "This love doesn't belong in politics..." Some will certainly debate me across the board on these points. But I have been saying the same thing over and again for some 25 years now. I have been fought against for some 25 years now. And while a very few want to believe the power of God is enough, I continue to watch the world burn. It's very hard sometimes. I don't agree that darkness can bring forth light. I don't agree that hatred and wrath can spawn love and something worthy of God, filled with light. I don't agree with bringing this sort of evil within our own homes as a strategy to save the world. We must find another way. (Two wrongs still don't make a right.) And absolutely, the power of God is enough. I have learned a lot about politics these past several years. I have learned enough to know that we desperately need thousands of true Christians: loving, caring, persevering and determined people of God to change this broken American establishment and quickly. We need a miracle, really a series of miracles and we need the people who are willing to allow God to work those miracles thru them, immediately. We will save this nation, if we can save it's heart and soul and spirit. If we can not revive the goodness that still lurks and even hides within our United States I fear there is no hope for us. All is lost. Love the children men of God. Love the little ones precious women of God. The young men need to see us living out the truth, with more than just empty rhetoric as we pound away at the keyboards. We need to inspire, with patience to love even our enemies, we need to lead and to lead is to serve, to humble ourselves and serve. By Robert Anthony July 25th 2024 In some ways I think we need to start at the beginning again and ask ourselves, “What is this American Experiment of Self-Governance and How will the Republic Survive this Time of Division and Strife?”   In the beginning of these United States the burden of autocratic rule that was under the British empire was fresh on everyone’s mind.  While those early patriots chose to fight about many fundamentals, reread the federalist and anti-federalist papers, it doesn’t seem to me they risked losing the newly formed nation, stopping at nothing to ensure their policy might win the day.  But we are in an altogether different era, a time nothing like the somewhat slow-moving, more simple world of the 16th and 17th centuries.   We have a global economy like the world has never before dreamed, weapons that can destroy the earth several times over, technologies that make communication across any distance or language instantaneous, world-travel has never been safer, cheaper and easier, the population has exploded compared with four and five hundred years ago – simply put, there is no comparing the founding world in which America was born into, with today.   We can discuss morality, traditional and time-tested values, commonly accepted laws of God and His creation rooted in the Holy Bible throughout the whole of the European and New American world but no matter at what angle we choose to view this time, it can not be easily compared with that founding American era.  The divisions of that olde world can in no way compare with the (mostly cultural) divisions that have emerged today – and as the morally and socially accepted norm’s for literally millennia continue to be warred against and unapologetically even cast aside, the chasm between these belief systems continues to widen.  And this radical culture-war is tearing the nations of the world apart.   Have you looked at the definition of terrorism lately? Terrorism: 1. The use of violence or the threat of violence, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political goals. 2. The act of terrorizing, or state of being terrorized; a mode of government by terror or intimidation. 3. The practise of coercing governments to accede to political demands by committing violence on civilian targets; any similar use of violence to achieve goals.   Let me ask you, Are there political ideologies within America willing to go to such extremes insomuch to win their political agenda, even violently forcing their change on our society!?    Domestic Terrorism is certainly a growing threat within our Republic.  But what does our government do when faced with such a threat?  I’m afraid they coalesce and instead of rebuking the lawless ones, the leaders of our nation bend to their riotous will and anarchy.  What ever happened to “America does not negotiate with Terrorists”?  Did they mean to say, “We do not negotiate with terrorists, unless they represent our own political ideology and will help us to remain in power (and then in that case we will even fund their efforts)”. Corruption must be rooted out.  No nation will last so much as a generation when corruption, injustice, lawlessness and quid pro quo rule its power centers.  A force must emerge to stand against the depravity, to root out the cancer, to prune back the dead branches and make the tree come back to life!  When the mob fervently desires a popularity contest to promote and exalt its leadership any semblance of reformation is tossed out the window, the proverbial can is kicked down the road for another more desperate generation to try and redeem, even though it is exponentially more difficult, the cancer having now spread more completely throughout its host.    But it’s easier for politics and leaders to bend.  Who doesn’t want to be well-liked, popular, esteemed among their people, cherished and adored by the masses!?  If a democratic-society collapses into corruption and depravity, what public servants will they vote into office? Choosing a rock star or thespian when the moment demands an emergency room physician, what hope has that nation?!  America is on life support.  Our economy, our vital energy production, our military, our morale, the most fundamental systems throughout our society are all functioning on what is commonly referred to as a wing and a prayer .  We need true leadership, we need people of vision and resolve, we need people of great heart and love for their fellow man and for the whole of their country.   Kindness does not require compromise.  Sincerity and good character do not inevitably work hand in glove with bitterness and revenge.  Wisdom together with creative problem-solving skills are in no way benefited by the fear of the future, allowing conspiracy and doubt to infiltrate our minds.  A good thing done in a bad way is still bad.  A bad thing done in a good way is still bad.  For the saving of our nation, we need a New Vision for America. Many will assume reading this that I am rebuking the higher leadership of the land.  Many will look past the words even as they are reading them and try to judge the intent of my heart and the purpose to which I write.  But I would rather my reader try to instead remain present and in the moment, try not to seek an escape elsewhere.  It’s easier to cast blame to another, a rivalry, the “other side”, a warring party, etc.  It takes great courage for a man (or woman) to take an honest account of themselves, asking, “Are my words and actions bringing light into this darkness or have I also become a destroyer of worlds?”   There is not a rule for debate written that says one must hate their adversary in order to engage in difficult discussion.  There is not a law in politics that disallows one to love their competitor or forbids them to act with tact and patience, hoping to even retain the relationship even through the disagreement.  But we, as a society, have bought into a pile of lies and garbage.  We should value comradery, brotherly kindness and the relationship, perhaps even above our politics but instead an untold many will use the most heinous and vile rhetoric, thinking that this harmful strategy will win them their way.    Why are we so thoroughly convinced that our politics has to be contentious, vengeful and filled with such evil?  We are destroying the heart and soul of our own nation with every sharp and cutting word, with every quip and jest, and ridicule, we jab and slash at the precious insides of our fellow Americans – and then we wonder why our nation won’t come to life, and live?   A voice from among the harsh speeches of the crowd must stand out from among them and find America a better way.  The vision must not come only with word and inspired-speech but also with virtue, perseverance, with longsuffering, with a tenderness of heart and the wisdom to inspire the best out this lost and desperate generation.  The truest of leaders would understand that it’s going to take a lot of heart but also love if we are to reawaken the dark and dying souls, if we are to push start the gift that is our Republic, we are going to need leaders who know how to inspire the dominant light, hidden within our citizenry.  Mere appeasement of the mob has never worked, not in the whole of recorded human history.   There is something of true leadership that even the most wicked and tormented from among us can recognize, it’s like royalty, in its most noblest and esteemed sense.  It’s maybe even difficult to describe but when you meet such a refined and set apart one, tried by the fires and temptations of life but passing each test with flying colors, the enduring impression left cannot be easily forgotten, like a fine and exotic fragrance such an inspired one can bring newness of life and grace to even the most destitute of situations!  Such leadership, a person of such value and enduring quality is not made easily, but like gold, carefully sought out from within the earth, washed by water, cleansed by the furnace and pounded and shaped into a glorious image, must be sought out and promoted from among the crowds.   And we should be careful who and what we exalt and esteem.  We should take care what comes out of our mouths and hearts.  The everlasting scripture reminds us, “We will be judged for every idle word that has proceeded forth from our lips.”  Let us take care in what manner we judge what God has created.  A little leaven leavens the whole lump.  Can both sweet water and bitter come from the same well?  Guard your hearts, pray and they will be made pure again, for the saving of our nation and a generation!   Hope is not lost Unless we uniquely refuse the truth when it is presented to us And then the redemption that was to be our gift and salvation It passes us by, and we are left to wander   Hold to hope But even moreso Hold to the truth   And America shall surely be saved!

And then Jesus says this profound statement, "Against such there is no law"!!! Wow! Mind-blown. How will we save America while breaking the foundations? Faith. Hope. Love. These three abide. How will we ever save this precious thing God has given us while at war with the essentials and fundamentals of Life !? Some might say, "This love doesn't belong in politics..." Some will certainly debate me across the board on these points. But I have been saying the same thing over and again for some 25 years now. I have been fought against for some 25 years now. And while a very few want to believe the power of God is enough, I continue to watch the world burn. It's very hard sometimes. I don't agree that darkness can bring forth light. I don't agree that hatred and wrath can spawn love and something worthy of God, filled with light. I don't agree with bringing this sort of evil within our own homes as a strategy to save the world. We must find another way. (Two wrongs still don't make a right.) And absolutely, the power of God is enough. I have learned a lot about politics these past several years. I have learned enough to know that we desperately need thousands of true Christians: loving, caring, persevering and determined people of God to change this broken American establishment and quickly. We need a miracle, really a series of miracles and we need the people who are willing to allow God to work those miracles thru them, immediately. We will save this nation, if we can save it's heart and soul and spirit. If we can not revive the goodness that still lurks and even hides within our United States I fear there is no hope for us. All is lost. Love the children men of God. Love the little ones precious women of God. The young men need to see us living out the truth, with more than just empty rhetoric as we pound away at the keyboards. We need to inspire, with patience to love even our enemies, we need to lead and to lead is to serve, to humble ourselves and serve. By Robert Anthony July 30, 2024 Was it really so shocking, the opening ceremony of the Olympics this year in France?  If we stop for a moment and consider. How many of the European nations still have state-created and state-run Christianity?  It basically goes without saying that throughout much of European history over the past 1500 years, the Roman Catholic church dominated state-run religion.  Of course, over the more recent history, for the past 400+ years Europe at large has been distancing themselves from the Roman See . And yet even still nearly every European nation has some form of state-sponsored Christianity, fully-functioning even today.   It's really simple math, placing politics and politicians to rule over any sort of relationship with God, or religion, the state is predetermining a corrupted and defiled sort of spirituality lacking truth, faith and love – and that’s at best.  At worst a state-run religion is going devolve into something much more akin to a cult, dictating to the people what it is to walk with God and yet, by in large, without God – as corrupted and broken elites try to play the middle-man-broker between the people and their God.  (Which is really the trouble with all religion, men stepping into the middle of a man’s relationship with his God but I will write about this more later.)   The people of Europe have been warring against this state-religious establishment for centuries! for over 1500 years!  And while it has in fact gotten much better... (I can’t imagine the European people going along with another Inquisition!?) State-religion is never going to bring the freedom that the Spirit of God gives us that we might know our God, uniquely.   I have many European friends, from all over Europe, not one nation is really free from this terrible idea, some nations have less pressure on them to contribute to these state-run-religions than others but this remains a massive problem all throughout Europe and beyond.    I think our founding fathers were ingenious to decide on allowing religious freedom!  Remember, the majority of our founding fathers were staunch Christians and yet they still voted against a state-made/state-run religion... Geniuses!   This separation of Church-State concept was beyond ingenious.  They knew to not necessarily keep the church out of the state… because we can see God’s principles all throughout our founding documents, all throughout our education system (remember Harvard, Princeton, Yale, etc. were all Christian Universities! And Seminaries!!), etc… but these founding fathers knew they Must keep the state out of the affairs of the Church!  Think about that.  The Separation of the Church/State was all about Protecting the CHURCH from the state!! God's principals were already very much alive and well within all our nations foundations.   Europe did not follow America’s lead, freeing it's people, not for the past 300+ years.    Why are European populations collapsing?  Why is Europe trying this experiment abolishing their borders, reckless immigration and these other radical social experiments!?  Simple.  They are in crisis with an aging and collapsing population ( here is a great article wherein we dive deep into population collapse ) – and they simply don’t know what else to do.   God is the God of Life!  He isn’t just an ominous power or disinterested and far-removed Creator, living out there somewhere in the cosmos… He is our Father, our Good and Loving and Caring Father, and He is the Father of Life !!  Rejecting the Father of Life, what will become of our nations and their families!?  Study the collapse of every empire-society throughout history and what becomes very clear is that as they rejected the fundamentals, the very building blocks of life, the whole of their empire rapidly collapsed!   And so they rush, headlong into madness!? transhumanism, genetic-engineering, designer-babies, computer-AI-human integration, LGBTQ-agenda, men growing babies in artificial wombs and worse! ( Here is our series about Transhumanism in the Bible . Must Read!)  Europe seems to be doubling down on this madness!  Rather than repenting, admitting to themselves they actually need God, they are doubling and tripling down with this utter hysteria!? ready now to play God is ways the world hasn’t seen since before the flood! Now they will create their own life? Growing populations at their whim? If the people of Europe don’t hurry up and fall to their knees in repentance, crying out to their Father for salvation, I’m very afraid the very worst is before us in Europe and France very-well seems to be one of those key nation’s leading the charge, against Reason, against Life and against God.   But to give Europe and the people of Europe some grace and mercy.  Europe has had more trouble with false religion, in the name of God, than perhaps anywhere on earth. Period. I hope I have done a good job differentiating a relationship with God in distinction from religion.  I am not promoting the newest religious fade or Messiah-like leader, quite the contrary, I am promoting the whole of Europe to find God -and the way of God has always been found, uniquely, individually, a man or a woman giving themselves over by faith into a relationship, coming to know the God of heaven and earth, who is Our Father, uniquely.   But to call God our Father, isn't perfect. The word, Abba , in the Bible does not best translate to Father but rather Dad or Daddy, like the way a child would call out to their father, they would never say, “Father!” That would seem odd and out of place.  My 8-month old’s first word, much to my reward, was, “Dadda!”  God wants us to know Him the same way a child comes to know his Dadda - and His Word is crystal clear on the subject.  The truth of what God actually gave us is so much better than anything religion has taught us… and this gift from God was never to be controlled or dominated or dictated by someone else.   Men can inspire us to God, and God bless them if they do! but dominating or ruling over someone’s will, trampling their God-given right to choose was never the example God gave us. Not ever.  And Europe as a whole will continue to rebel as long as their leaders push a state-political and religious agenda on their people.  The salvation of Europe comes thru their freedom - the freedom for them to walk with their God and Father, to come to know Dad, who is in heaven (but who also comes to live in our hearts.)   Personally, I am not upset with Europe.  I will admit, I’m at times upset with false religious leaders, I’m at times upset with politicians and world-rulers who are often messing things up for us regular-folk (as they continually refuse to humble themselves and turn to God for guidance) but I’m not upset with people of Europe at large.  In fact, if God would open the doors I would personally go to Europe and preach His gospel, the real gospel, to them!  I would tell them – God and His Son always wanted to set you free!  Anyone who presents God with their own controls and dominance, can not actually know God.   While the Olympic ceremonies grieved me, I have come to expect these things from this lost and dying world.  I pray for a new and living movement of the Spirit of God in Europe!  Something with the Power of God’s New Life that genuinely Saves, Restores and Makes All Things New!! And then, finally, Europe will be free...

Let’s pick up the story as the man tells it in his own words: “My wife and I are running now. We’re looking for somewhere to hide. My heart is beating extremely fast because I’m scared that they will find out what we’ve done. I’m not sure whether it’s the fear that is driving me, or the self-denial.” “‘Wait, let’s hide in here,’ I say to the woman as we are almost out of breath. We find some tall grasses and trees with large leaves and slide in behind them. She starts to fuss with me about our coverings. We are naked now. Why didn’t we see this before?” “‘Look, here are some big leaves. Could we cover ourselves?’ Why would we do that? This was not something we had argued about before. ‘Because we’re naked, aren’t we?’ She gets busy pulling off leaves, and I start to try to patch them together using some vines that are nearby. We round up enough leaves and vines to cover most of our flesh, and my breath slows down a bit. We are safe, I think.” “Suddenly there’s a sound. We can hear Him coming. What are we going to do? He’s calling for me. ‘Man, where are you?’ I don’t know what to say.” “I don’t respond at first, hoping that maybe He’ll just walk past and enjoy the pure river water, the lovely vegetation, and the beautiful flowers. The Voice calls again, ‘Adam, where are you?’ His voice gets louder as He gets closer. There’s no place to go. I need to come out. But I am filled with shame. You see, I have dishonored His directions. I have failed.” (Genesis 3:7-10, my paraphrase) This day that began so gloriously and purely would end in hopelessness and shame. A perfect setting, a perfect relationship, perfect health with abundant prosperity, all destroyed by failure and selfishness. Adam and Eve sinned that day in the garden – they failed miserably! They were given specific directions and were convinced not to follow them for their own personal benefit. This did not turn out well – failure never really does. The Hebrew word for sin is Khata. The basic meaning isn’t religious at all, according to the Bible Project (n.d.). The word simply means ‘to fail’ or ‘to miss the goal’ (Bible Project, n.d.). Adam and Eve failed to meet the goal of honoring God’s authority by obeying His one command. Ever since that day, failure has followed mankind like ravens picking at roadkill. Sometimes failure creeps in like a leaky toilet to ruin an occasion, and sometimes it rushes in loud and clear like a warning siren on a locked door. How do human beings respond to failure? One research journal reported results of a survey on the subject which is probably obvious to most of us. People tend to not pay attention to failure in order to protect their self-esteem (Hou, Wang, Li, and Song, 2022). Duh! How did Adam and Eve respond to failure? They tried to cover up and protect their self-esteem: they hid themselves and sewed fig leaves together to cover their nakedness (Genesis 3:7). But there was hope in the garden! There was redemption in the crucible of failure! God immediately put a plan in place for restoration: God cursed the serpent deceiver but promised a Redeemer (Genesis 3:14-15). This plan for restoration from failure was so strong and convincing, even Eve knew it! Right away in Genesis chapter 4, she proclaimed that the Lord had given her a son, an heir whom she hoped would remove the curse of her failure (Genesis 4:1). We have the benefit of history in knowing that this would not occur for many years afterward. God would fulfill His promise and do this great redemptive work, but “in the fullness of time” (Galatians 4:4), offering the restoration from the failure of sin to millions more of us, because of His great patience and love (2 Peter 3:9). Another familiar story of redemption following horrific failure is in the life of the apostle Peter and his denial of the Lord Jesus. We wonder how Peter could have done such a thing. But facing similar circumstances and fearful of death, would we have been any more faithful? On the night of the Last Supper, Peter was so confident of his faith that he declared, “Even if all fall away, I will not.” The Lord Jesus replied, “I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows tonight, you will deny three times that you know me.” And Peter had rashly replied, “Even if I have to die with you, I will never disown you” (Matthew 26:33-35). Only a few hours later, Jesus’ prediction was fulfilled. Peter did exactly what was described in the aforementioned survey: he tried to cover up and protect his self-esteem by cursing and denying that he even knew Jesus (Matthew 26:74). Can you imagine Peter’s guilt and shame when suddenly the rooster crowed—and the Lord Jesus, now a captive, looked straight at him with that sorrowful look (Luke 22:61)? As Peter went out from the courtyard and wept bitterly, he must have thought his failure was final. When Jesus was led away to trial and crucifixion, Peter probably thought that any opportunity to ask forgiveness from the Lord was gone forever. But in the crucible of failure, there was hope in the courtyard and later by the seaside. In His grace, the Lord had great plans for Peter. At the restoration breakfast by the Sea of Galilee, Peter was a special object of Jesus’ love. The Lord knew all about Peter’s thoughts and feelings of guilt, and the Lord knew exactly how to tenderly restore Peter (see John 21:15-17). Peter went on to be greatly used of God! His love for Christ led to sacrificial service throughout the remainder of his life—even to imprisonment and death as a faithful martyr. The Bible is perhaps the greatest book ever written because it tells the stories of hundreds of people like you and me, who failed miserably but found an opportunity for redemption in the crucible of failure. We all have gained this opportunity as promised to Adam and Eve in their failure in the garden, that a Redeemer would come to restore humanity back to God. This Redeemer is our Savior Jesus. The example of our redemption is modeled in the story of Peter’s failure and subsequent restoration. The prophet Isaiah encouraged Israel that God would be faithful, even after their own sin led to defeat and surrender. Isaiah was able to look ahead prophetically and wrote, “Sing for joy, O heavens! Rejoice, O earth! Burst into song, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted his people, and will have compassion on them in their suffering” (Isaiah 49:13 NLT). The Lord had not forgotten them, as the next verse suggests rhetorically. No, God had a plan in the midst of the chaos, and God provided redemption in the crucible of failure. So where are you? Are you still hiding in the garden of shame or in the courtyard of guilt and regret? What was once a place of shame and failure can become for you a beacon of hope and redemption! by Robert Anthony August 2, 2024 No one in their rights minds wants open borders without any governance whatsoever. The nation sees our cities spiraling into this depravity: homelessness, abject poverty turning to illicit drug use in public places, record setting inflation, the climate-change cult-like policies shutting down the most essential parts of our economy, the radical cultural shifts being thrust upon our most vulnerable children in elementary school, etc.  The nation is almost entirely with us on policy.  We could win the nation for generations to come – and we could win America today! America has never been better positioned for a brand-new Golden Era!  There are so many remarkable technological advancements and if implemented correctly these could power an economic revolution for decades to come.  And our USA holds the patents and brain-power over the majority of these revolutionary achievements!  We are also uniquely positioned to bring peace to the world.  As the nation’s rage, bucking for position and power, America has become the world’s most obvious forerunner for stability and prosperity, greater than ever before!  The freedom loving people of the world continue to flock to our borders, knowing our promise of a better and more abundant life.  But we are at an obvious cross-roads: to our left is unity and comradery, wherein all our dreams come true! abundance rains down, first to America and then to our partners and friends throughout the world; but to our right is division and strife.  Our domestic and internal conflicts are tearing us apart, the competitive and even envious striving has turned friendly competition into an all-out war – and our children and our children’s-children will be the ones to pay for it.  There is wisdom, howbeit often hidden from our sights, within the virtues: temperance, compassion, empathy, longsuffering, meekness, faith, etc.  But our click-bait culture does not esteem virtue and when the whole of a culture devolves into competition and striving for attention, the time-tested noble character that is forged with time thru a myriad of small (seemingly insignificant) righteous choices is cast aside and ignored.  But we can return to this concept in another article for those of us still interested in Bright and Shining Examples of Good-Character. Does true leadership appease the mob? Or does it not provoke them to become something better, something that they had never before dreamed of!?  Truly we don’t carry mere popularity thru the ages.  Many of the most popular men and women of their time are forgotten and many of the least popular men and women of their time are remembered!  What endures beyond our time, popularity and power alone can not purchase.  What provokes history to record and remember more than anything is summarized in a word, Goodness . Now many of these do-gooders in their time are passed over.  The best example of this is the massively popular, world-wide phenomenon, Jesus of Nazareth – who at His end was entirely forgotten, abandoned, with only a very few of His friends and family visiting Him at His death.  Jesus had no internet, no mass-communication, He never wrote a single word that we know of, He left behind no scripture or religious structure, He built nothing and formed no government – and yet the majority of every single person alive on the earth knows His name. Movies sell with happy endings.  We want to watch “the good guy” win!  We want to see things resolved morally and ethically or else we simply will never watch such a film again.  The overwhelming majority wants The Goodness .  Even if they can’t bring themselves to say it out-loud.  And it’s practically written within us. The political movement that will win America will be the movement that convinces the nation that they are morally superior and filled with this Goodness . And who is looking for this virtue more than anyone on earth?  The young people . Our movement has the policies.  Our movement has so much of the vision for not just our nation but the nations of the world!  But we are angry, we are simply pissed-off and we just don’t care what the nation thinks about it.  We feel our indignation is righteous, we even bring Jesus into the equation talking about Him throwing tables over in the temple and making the case that Jesus losing His temper and it was actually “Good”.  We are so convinced that this rage and vengeance is going to produce some kind of a win that we have not only doubled and tripled down on it, but it has become a fundamental pillar of our movement as a whole! So we fire up the rhetoric, we work ourselves into a emboldened and passionate frenzy and provoke a minority of loyalists to our cause - all the while we are losing the nation. We are losing the families, the families who desire peace and a blessing for their generations, we are losing the middle, those who aren’t entirely political and we have lost the greatest majority of the youth!  And if we lose the youth, we lose the future. Get to know the young people, they are not drawn to the rhetoric, not en masse.  Quite frankly, the divisive and cutting words we, as a movement, use are pushing many who would be our adamant supporters for us, away!  The very people who would truly help us to win the hearts and minds of the nation are the same exact people we are trampling as we try to regain power. Election Integrity remains an obvious issue coming into 2024.  (I will write about it in another article soon.)  But we could win the nation by such margins that there would be no hiding a stolen election, no thief would risk being found out and the other side would concede.  We can win a movement provoking their fears and stoking anxiety but this is a hack, and not a substitute for the real thing!  Fear isn’t as powerful as love.  And the great man once taught us, “Love your enemies and pray for those who spitefully use you.” He said, “Turn the other cheek.”  Love, even thru the whole of eternity, will remain exponentially more powerful than fear – in fact there is no comparison. The movement to love the nation in word and in deed will win America!  If the Republicans would learn this new way, they would have the perfect storm of opportunity to bring about the Greatest American Revival this nation has ever seen!  And a New Golden Era for the world will commence, because America would serve the nations in truth and righteousness. And the world-order as we know it, the very foundations that have been stoking our worst fears for generations, will be replaced by a new status quo: because the people will have chosen the goodness . Your fathers are often misleading you, not because they are bad but because they don’t know another way. But God is also a Father – and He, as the scripture says, Makes All Things New ! I still believe, God’s Best is Yet to Come!! Feeling full of faith as I write these things… Robert

There so many talks that the war in Ukraine will stop soon - may be in the matter of a few months but surely by the end of this year, they say.   Only God knows whether it's true or not.   Living in Ukraine, you are definitely ready to give more than arm and a leg to stop this bloodshedding attacks on the Ukrainian cities and towns. Every family in Ukraine lost their dear members or friends. They will never come back, they will never come to a church to hear the Gospel, they will never hear our voices again...   But the majority of Ukrainians are still alive. They still live in the midst of turmoil and uncertainty not knowing if they survive by the end of the day.   If you live in a city that is not under attack, it looks like this: air raid sirens, silence for several hours then sirens again indicating the end of the Russian air attack. And then news... News about people and children killed, photos and videos, some life stories of the people you will never see in your life again. You understand, that tomorrow you can be a part of that news and stories.  So, what do you do?   First, you hide in bomb shelters and basements. After you do it 20 or 30 times, you understand that most of your time will be spent in a worthless way under the ground. Yes, your life is precious but so is your everyday routine and family. No one will make money for you and provide for your family. No one will do the things you are supposed to do if you are a provider. So, more and more people stop hiding and just keep doing what they've been doing under constant life threat. That's why so many civilians are getting killed right on the streets. It's amazing that people get used to almost all kinds of circumstances, even bombs and missiles. And that is scary...   As regular people, we constantly live under attacks. We just don't realize it! Just because we got used to that...   We hear more and more of war news, volcano eruptions, earthquakes and other global threats. And we are doing our best to avoid deep thinking on these events. Yes, we are trying to protect ourselves at least mentally.   There are days when I have to read hundreds of posts in social media. By the end of the day I feel dirty and disgusted. I noticed there are people who pour out their hate on a daily basis. I know their names though I never met them in person. Sometimes I have to mute them because of the amount of negativity they post. Hope you are not one of them. 😊   Hate is almost everywhere... and that scares me the most. Ukrainians hate Russians, Republicans hate Democrats and vice versa, Muslims hate Israel to the extent of total extinction of each other. And that is going spiral... We got used to it without noticing that we are becoming a part of it. It's much easier to go down following the current and existing trend, isn't it?   What can I do? It all depends on my goals.   If I just want to pour my heart out to get rid of the negativity that is overwhelming me in order to gain some temporary peace, that one thing. That means I just added a few more buckets to the ocean of hate. Or I can be the person who walks against the current. It's not easy to do it alone. And I am happy I have Jesus beside me! He was present at the beginning and He will be present at the end of things. He is my first and foremost drop of love. Actually, He is a shoreless ocean and I can share just the drops I have.   I am happy to have American Revival Press staff beside me.
